Residential Services

Have you looked at your home’s asphalt driveway and thought “our driveway looks dull and grey”? If so, please read more to learn about our residential asphalt sealcoating service.

Why Have Asphalt Sealcoated?

Over time, asphalt surfaces can erode through oxidation, aging and traffic usage. Applying sealcoating will protect increase the longevity of the asphalt through the application of an oil based binding agent which serves to keep the aggregate portion of asphalt tightly bound with the overall surface area.

In addition to adding structural stability, sealcoating also serves to beautify a residential asphalt surface by making it a uniform, deep black color. The cost of sealcoating is minimal compared to the costs of replacement or repair.

How is a Asphalt Driveway Sealed?

Asphalt sealcoating is the process of coating an existing residential asphalt surface with a heavy, clay based emulsion oil.

Sealcoating 4 Mountain Meadows Asphalt Driveways

Since the weather has been great, we sealcoated three homes in Lakewood’s Mountain Meadows neighborhood. These homes have long asphalt driveways and they really pop with the sealcoating. The first day we sealed three homes then came back for a fourth. The neighborhood is looking dialed-in.

This long driveway came out excellent, we think. The time of day made it hard on pictures yet it can be seen how the sealcoating makes the driveway “pop”.
